Cranfield University Forensic Instsitute carried out the second dig at Ogbourne St Andrew, in the field to the west of the church.  Having identified in 2015 what currently appears to be a mediaeval agricultural complex, efforts this year were directed to finding artefacts to help date the remains and verify the nature of the buildings.  

Some dateable organic material was found together with more inorganic artefacts.  The website will be updated when more information is available
